Poddle Weigh-In is a simple physics game. In this game, the Hacker has removed all the numbers from the Poddles, which are creatures that inhabit the cyber world of this show, and you have to use a scale to balance their number out and put it back. This is why you will put different numbers on a side of the scale to balance it out with the Poddle.
