Barbie Sugar Big Blast is your chance to become Barbie in her new career as a dentist, helping your patients to keep their teeth clean and those nasty sugar bugs away so that they can keep their perfect smile. Using the tools that Barbie has available, try to tackle all of the sugar bugs before the time runs out and they get the chance to start to ruin your patients teeth.
