Giro 2013 / Jafferau & Galibier

Three days of holiday following the Giro on the Jafferau and the Galbier, under the snow and the cold of a strange spring!!!
Day 1: short but hard climb to the Jafferau above Bardonecchia, 7 km at an average grade of 8%, snow on the top!!!
Day 2: from Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne to the top of the Col du Telegraphe and then down to Valloire to climb the Galibier. Due to the snow the pass is still closed and the arrival line of the stage was moved to Les Granges (4 km after Plan Lachat and 4 km from the top) but the Gerdarmerie forced us to stop in Plan Lachat, exactly where the Galibier turns into the legend, damn them!!!
Day 3: short morning ride before returning home, on the road to the Col du Mollard we reach the town of Albiez-Montrond and then down pedalling a fantastic full-of-hairpins road!!!
