Learn how quick planning, environmental awareness, and preparation save lives. Teens will learn basic boxing moves such as jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts, knees, and kicks.
Then we will learn the importance of self esteem and self confidence. This training will be on defending attacks from the front using mixed martial arts. All participants will use swinging bags, moving pads, mats and gloves. Participants will learn safely and effectively how to disable an opponent in order to flee a situation.
